 Our plan pricing is clear and without any hidden costs. The router fee is a one-time charge that is included in your initial plan purchase. After that, there are no additional router charges. Monthly payments are made every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Each payment covers 30 days of service and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Our 4G LTE internet is dependable and great for all your needs, whether it's working from home, streaming, gaming, or connecting multiple devices. It's especially beneficial in rural areas where internet options are limited and satellite service is costly.

Exceeding your data limit will result in the suspension of data services until the start of your next billing period. You have the option to upgrade to a higher GB plan mid-cycle to gain access to more data.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan by sending an email to support@roamr.biz, and a representative will assist you promptly. Downgrading will be effective from the next billing period, whereas upgrading will take effect immediately. Please note that our data plans range from 100GB to 800GB, and there is no restriction on the number of times you can change your plan.

If you're not satisfied with your first-time purchase from Roamr, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your device by emailing support@roamr.biz. The refund process may take up to 7 business days, starting once Roamr receives the device. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and any additional return label costs will be subtracted from your refund. If you cancel your service after the 14-day return policy, no refund will be given. When you cancel service, you will be required to return the LTE router to Roamr. If the device is not returned or is returned damaged, you will be charged an additional hardware fee of $100 on top of the $25 hardware deposit paid at checkout. If you choose to keep the router and not return it, you will be charged an additional $100 fee to cover the full cost of the LTE Router, which you will then be able to keep. The $25 hardware deposit paid at checkout acts as an upfront cost to receive your pre-activated Roamr LTE Router. The full value of the LTE router is $225.

The Device Deposit of $25 is an upfront payment required for the 4G LTE Router. If you choose to cancel your service and return the device in its original condition, you will receive this deposit back. The LTE Router is not considered a customer's property and must be returned to Roamr within 7 days of canceling your Roamr internet plan. If you choose not to return the device, or if it is damaged or lost, you will be charged a non-refundable Device Fee of up to $100. The fees for specific damages or missing parts are as follows: Missing Power Adaptor: $25, Missing Box: $10, Missing Antennas: $70, Missing Ethernet Cables: $10, Medium to Heavy Signs of Use: $60, Major Cosmetic Damage/Broken/Non-Resellable: $100, Not Returned within 7 days of cancellation: $100
